Manufacturing Process
Manufacturing Process, in case of ODM (no other formulas adjustments from our highlighted formulas)
1. Selects formulas
Our company has been researched and developed formulas with our partners, to be our highlighted formulas. You can order product tester to try our products through our line official.
2. Get Requirement
After satisfactory product testing, customers can proceed to make an enquiry to manufacture the products. Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 30,000 sachets.
3. Get the Quotation
Our staff will prepare free quotation price for you based on details of MOQ and packagings.
4. Sample Payment
The customer pays the deposit as specified in the quotation, with an amount of 40,000 baht,
5. Sample confirmation
When the customer receives the desired formula, they can confirm to proceed with production.
When the customer confirms the production, they must pay 50% of the total expenses, and the amount of 40,000 baht will be used as a discount in the quotation.
6. First payment 50%
7. Design Logo and packaging
Finalize the logo, product label and packaging by confirmation through email.
8. Thai FDA Approval
We will obtain Thai FDA approval on behalf of our customers under customers' brands.
9. Manufacturing Process
This Process will take around 30-90 business days after the confirmation of packagings.
10. Second Payment 30%
When the products is done , the customer must proceed to make the second payment of the remaining 30%
11. Distribute product
Within 7 business days after Finished production
12. Final Payment 20%
When the products arrive at the customer, the customer must proceed to make the final payment of the remaining 20% to complete the transaction.
